How do I create a parameter query in access that has an "and" instead of "or" parameter?...?
I have a list of employees and the classes that they have taken. I want to be able to query the list for the employees that have taken " this class" and " this class" , not " this class" or " that class" . I try to do this in the criteria field as a parameter This Class & This Class or I tried this This Class and This Class and neither of them work.
