Help building a query in MS access database?
I'm trying to build a query from a compiled list of data. The first field going down is time in seconds. it lasts for 1200 seconds 0 00 00 0 19 59 the next field has a file size and the third field going down also has a file size and so on. how do i build the query so that i can add up the total sums of file sizes based on thier time stamps?
Open closed cases in MS access database.?
My database consist of cases with various records of individuals. Once a case is resolved , i would like for it not to appear on my active cases. Is there a way to accomplish this without completely removing the case from the database? At the end of the day what I realIy want is to have a summary form, which shows me all the open and closed cases.
